Few months ago, we celebrated the 300th Anniversary of the coronation of king Louis XV of France in the Cathedrale of Reims. It was on this occasion that historians found the first written mention of « Sparkling Champagne » on an official document. More than 6000 “flacons”, with a shape close the prestige cuvées of the Maison de Venoge, were made for the magnificient event. In order to commemorate this 1st historical mention, the Maison de Venoge launched a very limited first edition of its new cuvée Princes Brut. The cuvée is available in bottles and, for the first time in this range, in Magnums. This 1st limited edition (15 000 bottles et 3 000 magnums), ornented with the medallion of the coronation of Louis XV, is sold in its elegant gold and black case. This cuvée is a blend of three grape varieties (1/3 de Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 meunier) from 12 villages.
